Our founder, Szilvia, started Kōzōn Skincare when she discovered how difficult it was to find ozonated face oils in the United States compared to her native Europe.
Born and raised in a rural village in Hungary, Szilvia has always lived close to nature. However, after she moved to Los Angeles as a young woman, she realized how disconnected we have all become from our natural roots. She increasingly became disillusioned with all the chemicals and synthetic products that inundated her life, and she began to search out natural products to include in her daily skincare routine. Finding few products that met her exacting standards, she decided to start her own skincare line.
